What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Stack and adjust paper sheets on production lines and shipping pallets
- Prepare and band pallets for shipment
- Assist machine operators in wet and dry processing areas after downtime
- Help restart production equipment and processes efficiently
- Sweep floors and clean machines of paper debris, resin, and dust
- Empty trash containers and dumpsters as needed
- Support production activities to help meet quality and productivity goals
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and safety documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Work every other weekend
- Enjoy two 3-day weekends each month
