Shift: 9:45pm – 6:15am
Join our growing team as a Production Lead and play a key role in keeping our food manufacturing operations running smoothly. This hands-on position supports daily production on mixing, baking, packing, and machine lines while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
About the Role
As a Production Lead, you’ll assist the Supervisor in managing workflow, training team members, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. You’ll help troubleshoot equipment issues, monitor product quality, and promote a safe, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production flow across mixing, baking, packing, and machine lines.
- Train and guide team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety protocols.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation.
- Foster teamwork and encourage safe work habits.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of food manufacturing experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Leadership or trainer experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fast-paced production floor with moderate noise and warm temperatures.
- Collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality.
