We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, highly skilled in managing production processes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving team productivity. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient operation and consistent output while meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure smooth workflow and prevent disruptions.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in production processes.
  • Mentor and Train: Lead and guide production workers on new operations and techniques, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
  • Track and Report Productivity: Monitor and track production rates, ensuring that all processes are running according to schedule and quality expectations are met.
  • Build Team Culture: Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and integrity within the team through open communication and mutual respect.
  • Promote Safety: Maintain and promote plant safety procedures, provide ongoing safety training, and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Employee Development: Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to employees, fostering continuous improvement and team development.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisor role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage production teams effectively, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions to operational challenges.
  • Safety and Quality Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, quality assurance practices, and productivity optimization.
  • Team Building: Ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams and foster a positive work environment.
  • Customer Focused: A commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the history of implementing quality-focused production principles.
