Registered Nurse (RN) 

Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), rotating weekends
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding career in healthcare? We are seeking experienced full-time RNs to join our Client's dedicated team. Their gated community spans 46 wooded acres and offers 24-hour security, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents. With a staff-to-patient ratio of less than 10:1, we prioritize high-quality, individualized care. Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one patient visits, ensuring personalized care.

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.

  • Monitor patients' conditions, document observations, and perform evaluations, including vital signs and medication reviews.

  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.

  • Educate patients and families on healthcare strategies and recommend tools to enhance quality of life.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, healthcare teams, and other medical professionals.
Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing.

  • Current and valid RN license in North Carolina.

  • Proof of current CPR certification.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work a 12-hour track schedule.
