We' re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Salisbury team! As a Recruiter you will manage the full-cycle process of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and making successful job matches between our candidates and clients. You will use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Candidates will then be matched, based on skill set, with specific client requirements resulting in successful job placements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques and implement to produce a reliable pool of candidates
- Demonstrate the ability to match candidates to job openings to create a successful match
- Build and develop relationships, and explore additional growth within organizations
- Generate new leads through cold-calling, email campaigns, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships
- Awareness of clients and current openings
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to get assignments filled with the best candidates available
- Conduct Interviews and determine where candidates best fit
- Give hiring recommendations and place candidates
- Coach employees to be successful in their job search and work
- Encourage referrals while looking for additional placement opportunities
- Manage reporting and tracking of new employee hires, with appropriate documentation
- Ongoing check-in with customers to oversee employee performance
- Enforce client policies and standards

Qualifications:
- At least 2-years of relevant experience in outside recruiting, with a contingent workforce (preferably in various industries)
- Familiar with internet based recruiting tools and social media
- Ability to discern skills, background and abilities based on interview and work history
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems to document workflow and status changes accurately and timely
- Strong communication skills, ability to determine how to align a candidate s strengths and interests to open job orders
- Understanding of Safety and Risk Management Practices
- Previous experience with Employment Law and Hiring Practices is preferred
