Position Summary:
As a Recruiter you will manage the full-cycle process of recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and making successful job matches between our candidates and clients. You will use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

Key Attributes:
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques and implement to produce a reliable pool of candidates
- Demonstrate the ability to match candidates to job openings to create a successful match
- Build and develop relationships, and explore additional growth within organizations
- Show a strong track record of successful recruitment and staffing across multiple industries
- Familiar with employment law guidelines
- Ability to generate new leads through cold-calling, email campaigns, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships
- Familiar with internet based recruiting tools and social media
- Awareness of clients and current openings
- Conduct Interviews and determine where candidates best fit
- Coach employees to be successful in their job search and work
- Give hiring recommendations and place candidates
- Encourage referrals while looking for additional placement opportunities
- Manage reporting and tracking of new employee hires, appropriate documentation
- Ongoing check-in with customers to oversee employee performance
- Enforce client policies and standards
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
