Hours: 2nd Shift – 3:30-pm – 2:00am

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Lead safety training sessions and communicate safety standards effectively in English—and preferably Spanish.
- Investigate workplace accidents/incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are taken.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all safety-related issues and regulatory communications.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and relevant workplace safety regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and influence team members.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, CSP).
- Experience in a safety-related role in [insert industry if specific].
- Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish.
