We' re seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for our medical billing collections client in Salisbury! This Temp-to-Hire opportunity has an 8: 00am-5: 00pm working schedule and a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Responsibilities of this role include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with report preparation, presenting and promoting products/services, cold-calling leads, and coordinating sales efforts with team members. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrative assistant, highly motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
