- Manage 3 direct reports
- Give direction to the sales staff, helping them meet their quotas
- Meet personal quotas as a selling sales manager
- Review CRMs of sales staff, discuss strategies and coach appropriately
- Review the average sales and coach the sales team on how to increase ticket sales (upsell)
- Review past clients and create promos to gain clients back
- Review and analyze sales reports and collaborate with the CEO
- Must have retail sales management experience
