Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Sewers / Machine Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and interested in working with industrial sewing and production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
All candidates will complete a hands-on assessment to evaluate their ability to perform job duties and ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor industrial sewing or production machines to ensure proper operation
- Feed materials into machines accurately and consistently
- Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Read and take basic measurements using rulers, tapes, or gauges as required
- Separate defective items from acceptable products
- Identify machine issues and notify supervisors when adjustments are needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and take accurate measurements
- Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Previous sewing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience with product inspection or quality control
