This role is responsible for the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining shipment records, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify, inspect, and process all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Load and unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure orders, packing lists, and shipping labels are accurate and properly matched
- Maintain precise shipping and receiving records and shipment logs
- Utilize computer systems and software to track, document, and process shipments
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment status
- Perform other shipping and warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer programs related to shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 25–30 pounds continuously throughout the shift
- Clean, climate-controlled work environment
