The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for processing, verifying, and documenting all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will help ensure orders are accurate, records are maintained, and the warehouse environment remains safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and digital records
- Verify accuracy of orders, packing lists, and labels
- Follow company procedures to maintain safety and compliance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Use computer programs to track and document shipments
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer programs related to shipping and receiving
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs continuously
