  • Own and manage the full divisional P&L, including revenue, margins, labor, materials, and overhead.
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs, scorecards, and financial targets.
  • Partner with VP of Operations, VP of Sales, and Finance to ensure pricing, staffing, and cost controls drive profitability.
  • Identify margin risks, cost overruns, and inefficiencies early and present clear, actionable solutions.
  • Manage division-specific expenses to support long-term, sustainable growth.
Leadership, People & Culture
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure Pinnacle’s core values, safety standards, and operating expectations are consistently upheld.
  • Recruit, coach, train, and retain high-performing teams with support from company leadership.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Execution & Process Excellence
  • Standardize and continuously improve project management processes, jobsite controls, and data tracking.
  • Oversee accurate takeoffs, material ordering, labor tracking, and change order management.
  • Partner with Accounting and Accounts Payable to ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Customer & Business Development
  • Serve as the senior relationship owner for key multi-family customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with construction and purchasing leadership.
  • Support sales through operational excellence, responsiveness, and reliability.
EOS Leadership & Accountability
  • Lead the division’s weekly Level 10 meetings.
  • Maintain clear Rocks, priorities, and scorecards.
  • Run effective weekly project manager meetings focused on issue resolution and execution.
  • Complete accurate month-end reviews and actively participate in quarterly and annual planning.
What Success Looks Like
  • The division consistently meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals.
  • Projects are delivered safely, cleanly, on time, and profitably.
  • Customers view Pinnacle as a trusted, long-term construction partner.
  • Teams are aligned, supported, and continuously developing.
  • Issues are identified early and solved permanently through disciplined execution.
