Job Title: Metal Sorter – 1st Shift 

Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Hiring Type: Direct Hire – Full Time
Interviews & On-Site Tour Required

We’re hiring a Metal Sorter for a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM). This position plays a key role in accurately identifying and sorting metals to meet customer and quality specifications.

Job Duties Include:
  • Using a handheld scan gun to identify different metal types and elements
  • Sorting materials based on specifications
  • Operating a forklift to move and stage materials
  • Working closely with production and processing teams
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • Forklift certification/previous forklift experience required
  • Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience is a plus

This role is in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment and can be hot during the summer months, so candidates must be comfortable working in those conditions. Interviews and a facility tour are required prior to offer.
