Job Description
The Resource is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our client, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that has a 2nd shift schedule, and has a starting pay rates of $19.00 per hour. The stand-up forklift operator will help maintain efficient warehouse operations by pulling orders, loading trucks, and keying in information to operate the WMS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and the ability to operate a stand-up forklift is required. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Operate a stand-up forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, stack and organize products, and perform inventory checks as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily production and shipping requirements
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and report any discrepancies
- Follow company policies and procedures for quality control and efficiency
- Must have previous stand up forklift experience.
- HSD/GED required
