- Perform 85% TIG welding and 15% MIG welding on stainless steel components.
- Execute vertical welds with accuracy and consistency.
- Work with thin-gauge stainless steel, requiring low heat and high precision.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to assemble large industrial ovens.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the welding process.
- Minimum 2 years of real-world welding experience (not school-based).
- Proven expertise in TIG welding, especially on stainless steel.
- Comfortable with vertical welds and precision techniques.
- Experience with thin materials—pipe welders used to high heat and thick metals may not be a good fit.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
