What You’ll Do:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding tasks with expertise and attention to detail. You will interpret blueprints accurately, utilize personal tools (some provided), and contribute to projects that require both skill and safety awareness. Your work will directly impact our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Personal tools relevant to welding tasks (some tools provided)
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional welding certifications or specialized training
- Experience working in high-demand or industrial facilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for on-call shifts and overtime
