The Resource is hiring a Workshop Team Leader for our client, a designer manufacturer and distributor of solid wood furniture, located in High Point, NC! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity that offers a competitive salary and has a 1st shift schedule (6:00am-4:30pm). This position also offer a benefits package that includes

Responsibilities for this role include leading the workshop team, ensuring the production process in running smoothly, implementing new repairing techniques, and improving workshop processes. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Lead the workshop team to ensure its smooth running
- Impose company standards on each item that passes through the workshop
- Improve workshop’s processes, organization, and efficiency
- Researching, test and implement new repair techniques
- Responsible for reporting and other administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP is a plus
- Previous experience leading a team
- Skilled with hand and wood-working tools
- Detail oriented, and you have high standards for quality
- Able to lift 50lbs and more when the situation calls for it, you would have assistance if over 50lbs
- Able to tackle problems and address them head on.
- Able to prioritize and plan
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Team player
