</ul>
<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in <strong>industrial painting, automotive painting, sandblasting, or powder coating</strong> preferred
&#9;<li>Ability to operate <strong>spray paint systems and air-powered tools</strong>
&#9;<li>Experience working with <strong>large industrial equipment or heavy machinery</strong> is a plus
&#9;<li>Strong ability to read and follow <strong>work instructions and job orders</strong>

<strong>Job Description</strong><br />
<br />
We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>R&D Sock Knitting Technician</strong> to support innovation and product development within our textile manufacturing environment. This role focuses on designing new sock patterns, testing materials, creating prototypes, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to bring new products to market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in knitting technology and experience using Digraph 3 Launch Design software.<br />
<br />
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Collaborate with the R&D team to design and develop new sock patterns, materials, and technologies that meet market trends and customer expectations.</li>
&#9;<li>Conduct yarn and material testing to evaluate durability, comfort, and overall performance.</li>
&#9;<li>Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.</li>
&#9;<li>Create prototypes of new sock designs and evaluate fit, function, and visual appeal.</li>
&#9;<li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to support successful product launches.</li>
&#9;<li>Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to guide R&D initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Minimum 4 years of experience</strong> in knitting technology or textile R&D, preferably focused on <strong>Lonati machines</strong>.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>At least 1 year of experience</strong> using <strong>Digraph 3 Launch Design software</strong>.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
