The <strong>Building Diagnostics Technician</strong> supports the VP of CM & Building Diagnostics by performing building inspections, testing, and property condition assessments for commercial and industrial facilities. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Perform <strong>Property Condition Assessments (PCA)</strong> and prepare detailed inspection reports</li>
&#9;<li>Conduct building envelope, window leakage, roofing, and exterior system inspections</li>
&#9;<li>Evaluate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems</li>
&#9;<li>Identify safety, security, and maintenance issues</li>
&#9;<li>Operate <strong>UAS/drone equipment</strong> for aerial photography and thermographic diagnostics</li>
&#9;<li>Assess site work including paving, concrete, and landscaping</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>

&#9;<li>FAA <strong>Remote Pilot Certification preferred</strong></li>
