• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Civil Engineering or a closely related field

Position Overview

We are hiring multiple Production / Machine Operators to support aircraft tire retreading operations to start Monday, 2/16/2026.  Perfect Attendance Bonus is available on Day 1.

Shift & Training

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Training may begin on 1st Shift depending on business needs

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity based on performance and attendance

Key Responsibilities

• Support the aircraft tire retreading process from inspection to final finish
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed manufacturing steps including buffing, tread application, curing, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation following all safety guidelines
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability
• Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors
